- Travel details — dates, group size, hotel preference and any special requirements you tell us about.
- Traveller identification — ID details where a hotel, permit or border crossing requires them.
- Website usage — basic analytics about pages visited, if analytics is enabled.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To make and manage your booking with hotels, drivers and guides.
- To contact you about your trip before and during travel.
- To send offers and updates, only if you have asked us to.
Who we share it with
We share only what a partner needs to deliver your booking — a hotel needs guest names, a driver needs a pickup point and phone number. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept while we are in touch with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Booking records are kept as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes.
Payment information
Payments are made directly to our bank or through the payment channel shown on your invoice. We do not store card numbers, UPI PINs or net-banking credentials on this website.
Your choices
- Ask us what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your details, where we are not required to keep them.
- Reply STOP or tell us on WhatsApp to stop receiving offers.
